Can you customise the recipes to cater for my dietary preference or allergies?

While we cannot customise our recipes, we do make sure to prevent cross contamination as much as possible since the health and safety of our customers is our number 1 priority. If you have any allergies, please make sure to let our team know before ordering with us so our allergy ambassadors can help you with your order.

Do you have gluten free dishes?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any non-gluten free dishes and we cannot guarantee that any of our dishes will be 100% gluten-free or free of allergens due to the nature of our kitchens and cooking processes. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please make sure to let our team know before ordering with us so our allergy ambassadors can help you with your order. Are you Halal?

Due to the number of different ingredients that are handled in our kitchens, we don’t declare any of them halal. However, we have plenty of delicious seafood, vegetarian and vegan dishes for you to choose from!

BOOKINGS

How can I book a table?

Booking a table is super easy at any of our restaurants here. You can also drop in and talk to our team so they can help you with your booking.

In a sudden need for a slurp? We also accept walk ins - you won’t have to wait long!

Do you accept group bookings?

Yes we do! Online is the best way to make a group booking.

For groups of +6 guests, you might need to wait a little while for our team to manually check your reservation and get back to you.

OUR RESTAURANTS

Do you have high chairs and baby-changing facilities? What about kids menu?

We do have high chairs at every Shoryu restaurant and baby-changing facilities at all our restaurants except Shoreditch and Covent Garden. We also have a kids menu available at all locations. Please speak to our team when you’re at the restaurant – they’d be more than happy to help.

Are you pet friendly?

Currently, we only allow service dogs inside the restaurants. For all other dogs and small pets, you can bring them to any of our restaurants with an outdoor seating area.

Do you have alfresco seating?

You can enjoy a bit of alfresco slurping at the following Shoryu locations:

  • Shoryu Carnaby
  • Shoryu Liverpool Street
  • Shoryu Regent Street
  • Shoryu Covent Garden
  • Shoryu Oxford
  • Shoryu Manchester

Can I bring my own food/drinks?

Customers are not allowed to bring any external food or drinks into our restaurants (Eg. Birthday cakes, homemade baby food,etc). This is to prevent cross contamination and protect the health of all of our customers.
