Meet Koyomi: a journey through Japan’s colder seasons
New season. New reasons to visit. Our new Koyomi menu brings together rich wagyu dishes, autumn vegetables and warming drinks, with a little inspiration from Japan’s colder months.
Created by our head chef, Kanji-san, this seasonal collection takes its name from the Japanese word for ‘calendar’. It’s a celebration of changing seasons and the food we look forward to as the days get shorter. And yes, it’s a very good excuse to make dinner plans.

A ramen for rainy days
Some days call for a bowl you can properly settle into. Our Wagyu Soy Ramen is made for those days.
Wagyu beef meets a soy-based broth, with thick futomen noodles, bean sprouts, tomato and raw egg. Rich, comforting and full of flavour, it brings something a little different to your usual ramen order.
Pull up a chair. Let the rain do its thing outside.

Dip into something different
If you like getting involved with your food, meet Nikomi Wagyu Tsukemen.
This dish pairs a rich wagyu demi-glace dipping stew with thick futomen noodles, served separately. Pick up your noodles, dip them into the stew and enjoy each mouthful coated in that deeply savoury sauce.
There’s a small serving of Japanese white rice alongside, too, so you can keep enjoying the stew once the noodles are gone. A little dipping. A little slurping. Plenty to look forward to.

For the love of aubergine
Soft aubergine. Rich miso. A dish worth making room for.
Our Miso Aubergine Dengaku celebrates a classic Japanese pairing, bringing together the mellow sweetness of aubergine and the depth of miso. Order it alongside your main, share it around the table or keep it within easy reach. We’ll leave that decision with you.
And if you’ve spent years insisting you don’t like Brussels sprouts, Kanji-san would like a word.
Our Brussels Sprout Tempura gives this cold-weather favourite a crisp tempura coating, finished with truffle oil and served with a salt and pepper dip. It might be time to reconsider.

Something seasonal in your glass
Your bowl shouldn’t have all the fun.
Tsukikage – Shadow of the Moon combines rum, cassis doburoku, lime and soda, with mint and cinnamon bringing a fresh, gently spiced finish.
For an alcohol-free option, Fuyuikoi – Hoji & Citrus brings together roasted hoji cha, yuzu jam, orange and tonic, with star anise adding a seasonal touch.
Both are made to sip alongside the new dishes, whether you’re catching up over dinner or giving yourself a very good reason to leave the sofa.

Make it a Wagyu Winter Set
Having trouble choosing? Start here.
Our Wagyu Winter Set brings together one main, one side and one drink from the set selection, for £37 with a mocktail or £43 with a cocktail.
It’s an easy way to explore Koyomi, with something warming in your bowl, something extra on the side and a seasonal drink to bring it all together.
Your next dinner plan, sorted
A familiar favourite or something you’ve never tried before: there’s room for both at our table.
