How does it work?
If you can complete the Jiro To Hero Challenge (finishing the whole bowl - every last drop!) in under 5 minutes, you will qualify to win Jiro Ramen merchandise. This is exclusive merchandise, only available for Jiro challengers.
If you have a qualifying time under 5 minutes, you can be entered onto our Jiro leaderboard.
Then, at the end of October, the customer with the best time (lowest), will win a years supply of Shoryu Ramen.

Years supply of Shoryu Ramen qualifies the winner for 1 bowl of ramen, per week, for one year (starting January 2026).
